I just wanted to let you know that Sarah's experience at camp was a wonderful one. She had a great time that I think exceeded her expectations. An extra bonus was that she got to have private flute lessons with a very good flute teacher named Missy who just happens to be the camp office administrator. Thanks for your good advice.

Just a note to tell you that Annabel had a fantastic time at camp. I think that the summer program was more like an extension of the school. The staff treated the kids with a lot of respect. The instructors were wonderful Annabel's art & ceramics teachers were artists and provided a great model. Best of all, all the kids were cut from the same cloth. Annabel loved being with kindred spirits. Anyway, I can't thank you enough for your input. You picked the absolutely perfect camp.

Dear Rick; Just a quick note to let you know my son Neal did attend camp this summer, and he had a wonderful time there. The beginning of the summer was a little rough for him, but after the second session began at the end of July, he came into his own, and really enjoyed himself. Diego had a fantastic time. He raved about the activities such as rock climbing, blacksmithing, horseback riding, and mountain biking. Not only was his experience very positive, but the camp made sure to call us when he got to camp and confirm he made it without any problems and that he was already having fun. This reassured us. We will be sending him back next summer and his only negative comment was that it was not long enough and that next year he wants to go for the whole month so that he can do all of the things he wants to do. Thanks Rick for your help on such short notice to get Diego into a great camp.

The camp surpassed my expectations of a traditional YMCA camp on a lake. It offered Jeffrey a well-structured environment where he enjoyed sailing, canoeing, swimming, nature, archery & outdoor living skills, all with well-trained counselors. Of particular note was how well the camp staff handled Jeffrey's first week homesickness. The unit director and camp director both called me several times to discuss how Jeffrey was doing. By the second week, he was over the initial hump and really enjoying himself. In closing, I want to thank you Rick in recommending this camp, and in stressing the importance of early enrollment. I now know why it is so popular and fills very quickly.

Matt had a wonderful 3 weeks at camp. His time there was a learning experience, fun, new adventures and lots of new friends. We had no problems with the staff - they were all helpful, nice and easy to work with. Matt's comments were that the food was good and people were nice! He also said he didn't miss TV - that says a lot to me as a Mom!!
